Prestigious office spaces.
A futuristic structure that weaves steel, glass and concrete: Skylevel is a unique building in Italy, designed by the famous Californian architect Thom Mayne. With its eight floors above ground and a sail-like geometry leaning by 14 degrees on the vertical axis, the shape of the building draws new and ambitious geometries, which have redefined the skyline of the area.
Exclusive details.
The aesthetic details are enhanced by the projecting meeting rooms of the sixth and seventh floors, which from the north façade extend towards the surrounding mountains, and by the partially screened double skin of the south façade.
Networking and additional spaces.
The synergy between work and leisure is one of the cornerstones of the project that, alongside the central office area, is complemented by numerous additional spaces: the auditorium with a congress centre, the kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining area, the swimming pool.
Pontoons, walkways, stairs and elevators design a connective path that enhances interaction and exchange, and leads to interior spaces once again focused on rationalism, rigor and architectural modularity.
